Lead generation is an enquiry system, not a form count
Promobal begins by defining the commercial objective and what the business considers a qualified enquiry. A useful definition may include location, need, budget, timing, service fit or another factor the sales team can apply consistently.
This page owns the complete lead-system intent. Paid Advertising remains the destination for platform management, while Lead Generation connects acquisition with the landing journey, qualification, routing and follow-up required to turn interest into a workable sales opportunity.
Design demand capture around the offer
Search, social, paid media, content or local discovery can contribute demand depending on the buyer and sales cycle. Channel selection follows intent, economics and capacity rather than a standard lead package.
Landing pages and forms should collect enough context to support action without adding unnecessary friction. Calls and WhatsApp can be included when they match how the audience prefers to respond.
Connect every enquiry with an owner and next action
Tracking should preserve the useful source and campaign context when a lead enters the CRM. Routing, notifications and response expectations are documented so the team can identify where enquiries are delayed or lost.
Automation may support acknowledgement, assignment and reminders, but it should not replace appropriate human follow-up or create unsolicited communication. The operating process must respect consent and platform requirements.
Measure quality through the sales feedback loop
Cost per lead is incomplete without a consistent view of qualification, contactability, appointments, sales or another meaningful downstream outcome. Promobal uses the strongest reliable feedback available and records where measurement remains limited.
No volume or conversion rate is guaranteed. Testing priorities change when lead quality or sales capacity shows that more traffic would not solve the real constraint.
Start with the current lead journey
A focused review maps the offer, acquisition sources, landing experience, form or call path, CRM ownership and follow-up rhythm. The result is a sequenced plan for the smallest changes likely to improve qualified enquiry flow.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a qualified lead?
The definition is agreed with the client and may include need, location, budget, urgency, decision authority or service fit. The same definition should be usable by both marketing and sales.
Does lead generation include CRM routing and follow-up?
The scope can include source tracking, routing logic, notifications and follow-up design when access and responsibilities are agreed. The exact CRM or automation work is confirmed before delivery.
