Performance marketing starts with the commercial model
Promobal treats performance marketing as a connected operating system rather than another name for buying ads. The starting point is the offer, margin, sales capacity, customer journey and evidence already available.
This scope is distinct from focused paid-advertising management. Paid advertising owns platform execution; performance marketing connects media with creative testing, landing-page improvement, conversion friction and commercial measurement.
Establish reliable measurement before scaling
We review analytics, conversion events, CRM or sales feedback and the limits of the current data. The goal is to define which early indicators support decisions and which business outcome ultimately determines whether acquisition is responsible.
Where tracking is incomplete, the first work is to improve the measurement foundation. Promobal does not treat platform-reported conversions as proven revenue without reconciliation.
Connect media, creative and conversion
Campaign structure, audience, message, creative and landing experience are planned around one learning agenda. Each test should answer a useful question instead of creating more disconnected activity.
Budget changes follow evidence, operational capacity and margin—not an arbitrary instruction to spend more. Conversion improvements can be prioritised before additional traffic when that is the more responsible decision.
Use a review rhythm that produces decisions
Reporting explains what changed, what the evidence suggests and what should stop, improve or scale. Lead quality, sales outcomes or contribution can be connected to channel data when the client can provide that feedback.
No fixed return is guaranteed. The commitment is disciplined preparation, transparent assumptions and a documented testing process.
Choose the smallest useful starting scope
Performance marketing fits businesses with a defined offer, enough operational capacity and willingness to connect marketing data with commercial outcomes. A focused audit identifies whether the next constraint sits in media, creative, landing experience, measurement or sales follow-up.
Frequently asked questions
How is performance marketing different from paid advertising?
Paid advertising focuses on platform execution. Performance marketing connects paid media with creative, landing-page conversion, measurement and commercial feedback across the customer journey.
Which metrics should a performance programme track?
The measurement plan depends on the buying cycle. It may connect reach, qualified visits and conversion events with lead quality, sales, acquisition cost, revenue or contribution where reliable data is available.
