1. Scope and who we are
This policy applies to personal information processed through promobal.in, our enquiry forms, client onboarding, marketing services and payment workflows. PROMOBAL DIGITAL COMMUNICATION PVT LTD (CIN U73100DL2026PTC463668; GSTIN 07AAQCP7204C1ZH), trading as Promobal, is responsible for deciding why and how this information is used for its business activities.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- contact information such as your name, business name, phone number and email address;
- information you provide about your goals, service requirements and existing marketing activity;
- account, campaign, analytics or creative information that you authorise us to access while delivering agreed services;
- transaction references, payment status, invoice information and related correspondence; and
- basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and consent preferences.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess service fit, prepare proposals, deliver and report on agreed work, administer accounts, prevent misuse, process and reconcile payments, issue invoices, maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Consent, communication and analytics
Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Essential website and security functions may operate without optional analytics. GA4, GTM or Meta Pixel integrations are activated only after the relevant cookie choice through our consent interface.
5. Service providers and payment processing
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, email, analytics, communication, database administration and payment processing. Razorpay processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice and security controls. Promobal receives transaction identifiers and status information needed for reconciliation and invoices; we do not intentionally store full card details on our servers.
6. Access and client-controlled platforms
When a client grants access to advertising, analytics, website or social platforms, we use that access only for the agreed engagement. Clients should provide role-based access wherever available and remove access when it is no longer needed. Ownership of client accounts and approved assets remains as stated in the written proposal.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, an active business relationship, accounting and tax records, dispute handling or legal obligations. We use practical access controls, authentication, backups and limited administrative access, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, updating or deletion of personal information, to withdraw an applicable consent, or to raise a grievance. Some records may need to be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual or legal purposes. We will verify requests before acting on them.
9. Links and third-party platforms
Our website may link to external services. Their privacy and security practices are controlled by them, so you should review their policies before providing information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, processors or legal requirements change. The date shown above identifies the current website version. For payment-specific terms, also review our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
